Baptism

Baptisms are celebrated communally in English and Spanish on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  Parents requesting Baptism are asked to call the Church Office to enroll in the Baptism classes, to schedule the Baptism, and to register in the parish if not already a member.

Parent(s) and Godparent(s) are required to attend one Baptism class. English Baptism class is held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the St. Rita Activity Center, Rm. 103/104, with sign-in at 5:45pm.  It is recommended that the Baptism class be completed during pregnancy. No daycare will be provided. A registration packet must be completed and turned in to the parish office at least 5 days prior to the date of the class. A copy of the birth certificate of the child to be baptized is also required, unless the child is not yet born.
