Meals on Wheels is a ministry that delivers hot meals to the elderly and homebound in the Georgetown area.

The staff located at the Madella Hilliard Senior Activity Center located 803 West 8th Street, Georgetown, prepare the meals. Meals are delivered each week, Monday through Friday. St. Helen's parishioners, along with members from 10 other churches rotate to deliver these meals to the elderly and homebound on 14 different routes. Volunteer drivers must arrive to pick up the meals by 10:30 am.
