Sit in a seat if you’re staying longer than a few seconds.

Say a prayer:

Invite the Holy Spirit to guide you. DROP YOUR AGENDA.

Invite Our Lady and the saints to join you in prayer.

Ponder the gaze of God the Father.

Involve your mind

Use the prayer tools from Prayer

Be gentle with yourself regarding distractions. BUT also work to bring yourself back to your prayer point.

Involve your mind doesn’t mean involve your lips. Listen twice as much as you speak.

Continue the journey

What God says to you doesn’t end at the chapel doors, reflect on it often throughout the day.
